Our 7 inch record is of 42grams standard weight, can be made at both 33 1/3 rpm ( maximum 6 mins per side) and 45 rmp. We recommend 45 rmp ( maximum 5 mins per side) to give more room to dead wax area, it is because the longer the playtime is, the lower the volume of your record will be, this is caused by the fact that in order to fit more music on the record, the grooves need to be closed and shallower. We offer both standard small hole for 7 inch record and the dinked large hole. Besides, we have a large selection of varieties for colors, including clear or translucent colors, opaque colors and blended random color records.

Vinyl record production has come a long way in the last 20 years, thanks to our modern equipment and strict quality control standards, our records quality is one of the highest level around.

Music source must be premastered. Best music source is 16 or 24bit wave file, sample Rate 44.1K- 192K.

Printing File Request

*Can be edited AI or high res pdf file, 300 dpi or above.

*Die Cut template must be in individual layer and not locked.

*Text must be outlined. Or provide fonts file.

Copyright Document Request

*Not accept any order without copyright authorization.

*Supply whole set authorization documents from copyright owner to us.

Production Time excluding holidays:

*Lacquer cutting 3-4 weeks.

*15-20 days after receiving approval and all printing artworks and authorization document.

Packaging

We use a white or black paper sleeve to hold the record ( with a die cut hole to show the disc labels) and then when required, we add a full color printed 250gsm cardboard jacket as the outside most packaging for your 7inch EP records.  

Logistics

For orders below 500 copies, we suggest shipping by courier services door to door! For orders more than 1,000 copies, we can ship by air or by sea to your nearest ports.
